Frequently Asked Questions
-
1:1 coaching gives you a safe, confidential space designed around your brain. There’s no judgment, no rushing, and no pressure to “perform.” Instead, we explore what genuinely works for you, build emotional regulation skills, and create systems that match your energy, nervous system, and life.
You get real-time support, personalized strategies, and consistent accountability without shame. Coaching helps you understand yourself, follow through, and feel proud of how you move through the world.

Coaching sessions are held virtually through a secure video platform, so we can meet from anywhere in the world. Sessions are 60 minutes, with unlimited text and email support between calls. You’ll also have access to a private coaching portal for journaling, reminders, scheduling, and habit tracking.
We typically meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and support level. Most clients work with me for 3–6 months, but many continue longer as they grow and deepen the work.
-
We explore what you’re navigating, where you want support, and whether coaching is the right fit for your brain and your life. You don’t need to prepare or “be impressive.” Just show up as you are.
-
Yes! Therapy and coaching work beautifully together. Therapists support mental health and healing. Coaches help you build skills, routines, and action.
Many clients benefit from having both, and with your permission, collaboration between providers can strengthen support.
-
Life coaching helps you set goals and stay accountable.
ADHD coaching does that, plus addresses the nervous system, executive-function, sensory, and emotional regulation challenges that come with ADHD.
We work with your brain’s unique wiring to build habits, motivation, and follow-through in a way that actually sticks, without shame or forcing neurotypical systems onto you.

No diagnosis required.
Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring, you’re welcome here. Coaching does not diagnose, but it does help you manage challenges and build confidence while you figure out what works for you.
-
I get why you want to… but no.
Think oxygen masks: tending to your own regulation, structure, and needs helps you support your child better. When you feel grounded, prepared, and understood, you model resilience and give your kids the version of you they need.
-
Every brain is different, but most clients see shifts within a few weeks and deepen change over 3–6 months. Many stay longer because the continued support helps maintain progress and avoid burnout cycles.
-
Then you are exactly who coaching is for.
Your consistency isn’t a test, it’s part of the journey. We build structure and accountability together in a shame-free way.
-
Yes. I coach clients worldwide through a secure virtual platform. All you need is internet access and a quietish place to sit… pajamas and cozy socks welcome.
-
Totally normal here!
You don’t need a plan to begin; we build it together, gently, one doable step at a time.

In short, no. If you have an HSA or an FSA, I will work with you to utilize these benefits if your plan covers coaching.
